The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird fee (Payment between 11 May 2025 to 20 May 2025)

• 490 euro

Standard fee (Payment between 21 May 2025 to 31 May 2025)

• 580 euro

The accompanying person fee: €200 (this fee is intended for the person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program)
